Dance is one action you can do in whatever style you choose, traditional or modern. So anything goes.Anything goes - just mean that. It covers all sort of activities under the sun. Whatever they are? As long as they are not abusive. It is meant not to miss anything. In other words, it is not restrictive. It's positive. And what's more it has a sunny disposition but sometimes it could be gloomy too.
